LookyLOO Review of Living in Goodyear
Goodyear is one of the fastest-growing cities in the Phoenix West Valley, known for its modern master-planned communities and mountain views. Goodyear is just 20 minutes west of Downtown Phoenix (in light traffic), it’s far enough to feel suburban but close enough to commute when needed, although locals complain strenuously about rush hour.
The city has exploded in popularity thanks to its affordable new construction and quality schools. Major investment in parks and trails makes it doubly popular with families. It’s also home to the Cleveland Guardians and Cincinnati Reds spring training complex, making baseball season a local event. Goodyear is where West Valley boomtown energy meets a family-oriented lifestyle.

I’m building a home in Goodyear as we speak and am super excited. The thought of all the growth that is happening in goodyear is going to be good for the future. With the expansion of the 303, the businesses popping up and people moving there rapidly, it’s a matter of time before it becomes populated so get in before it happens.
